1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, scheduling, or using any services provided by Detail Master LLC (“Detail Master,” “we,” “us,” “our”), whether through our website, mobile application, phone, email, or in-person, you (“Client,” “Customer,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Detail Master LLC.

2. Services Description

Detail Master LLC provides professional mobile automotive detailing services throughout the state of Colorado, with primary service areas in Denver and surrounding communities. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Interior Detail Collection – Comprehensive interior restoration and cleaning
  • Exterior Detail Collection – Full exterior washing, protection, and enhancement
  • Complete Detail Collection – Combined interior and exterior services
  • Maintenance Membership Program – Recurring monthly detailing services
  • Window Tint Service – Professional automotive window film installation

All services are performed at locations specified by the customer (residential, commercial, or other agreed-upon locations). Service scope, techniques, and results may vary based on vehicle type, size, condition, and selected service package.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to book and contract services with Detail Master LLC. By booking our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

For vehicle services, you must be the registered owner of the vehicle or have explicit authorization from the owner to arrange detailing services.

4. Service Area and Travel Fees

4.1 Primary Service Area

Detail Master LLC primarily serves Denver, Colorado and surrounding areas. Services within the Denver city limits are provided with no additional travel fees.

4.2 Extended Service Area

We accept service requests throughout the state of Colorado, subject to availability and travel fee agreements.

4.3 Travel Fees

  • Free travel zone: Within Denver city limits
  • Extended service: Locations beyond 10 miles from downtown Denver may incur additional travel fees
  • Travel fees are calculated based on distance and communicated to the customer prior to booking confirmation
  • Customers must agree to travel fees before service scheduling is finalized

5. Booking and Scheduling

5.1 Booking Process

Bookings can be made through:

All bookings are subject to availability and require confirmation from Detail Master LLC.

5.2 Booking Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation via email or phone once your appointment is scheduled. This confirmation will include:

  • Service date and estimated time window
  • Service location
  • Selected services
  • Total cost (including any travel fees)
  • Payment terms

5.3 Schedule Changes by Detail Master

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at your earliest convenience.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

6.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before appointment: Free cancellation with no fees
  • Less than 24 hours before appointment: $24 cancellation fee applies
  • No-show or same-day cancellation: Full cancellation fee of $24 applies

6.2 Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule appointments without penalty if done more than 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to the cancellation fee policy stated above.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Payment Methods

Detail Master LLC accepts various payment methods as agreed upon with the customer at the time of service, including but not limited to:

  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit cards
  • Digital payment platforms (Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, etc.)
  • Other methods as mutually agreed

7.2 Payment Schedule

Payment is divided into two parts:

  • 50% deposit: Due before service begins or at time of booking
  • 50% final payment: Due upon completion of service

7.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quote unless otherwise specified.

First-time customer discounts ($10-15 off) apply as advertised and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

7.4 Late or Non-Payment

Failure to provide the final 50% payment upon service completion may result in:

  • Suspension of future service bookings
  • Legal action to recover unpaid amounts
  • Additional late fees or collection costs

8. Customer Responsibilities

8.1 Vehicle Condition and Access

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information (make, model, year, condition)
  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time
  • Remove all valuable personal items from the vehicle before service
  • Inform us of any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or special concerns

8.2 Service Location Requirements

Customers must provide:

  • Water access: Access to a standard outdoor water spigot/faucet
  • Electrical access: Access to a standard 110V electrical outlet (for certain services)
  • Adequate parking space: Sufficient space for our team to work around the vehicle
  • Permission: Authorization to perform services at the specified location (if not your property)

Failure to provide necessary utilities may result in service delays, rescheduling, or additional fees.

8.3 Pet and Child Safety

For safety reasons, customers must ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work area during service.

9. Service Guarantees and Satisfaction

9.1 Quality Commitment

Detail Master LLC is committed to providing high-quality professional detailing services. We use professional-grade equipment and products to achieve optimal results.

9.2 Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service:

  • You must notify us immediately upon service completion while our team is still on-site
  • We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve concerns on the spot
  • Satisfaction concerns raised after our team has left may not be eligible for remediation

9.3 Re-Service Policy

For select services, if quality concerns are raised immediately and verified, we may offer to re-perform specific aspects of the service at no additional charge, subject to our assessment and availability.

9.4 No Guarantee on Pre-Existing Conditions

We do not guarantee results for:

  • Stains, odors, or damage that existed prior to service
  • Severely worn, cracked, or damaged materials
  • Paint defects, oxidation, or clear coat failure
  • Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to cleaning

10. Refund Policy

10.1 Limited Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and only under the following conditions:

  • Service was not performed as described
  • Quality issues were reported immediately during or upon service completion
  • Detail Master LLC determines that service quality did not meet our standards

10.2 Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted via email to detailmaster4@gmail.com within 24 hours of service completion. Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Detail Master LLC management.

10.3 No Refunds For

  • Customer change of mind after service is completed
  • Issues not reported during service completion
  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions
  • Normal wear and tear revealed by cleaning
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment

11. Liability and Insurance

11.1 Insurance Coverage

Detail Master LLC is licensed and insured in the state of Colorado. We carry liability insurance to cover damages that may occur during normal service operations.

11.2 Our Liability

We are liable for:

  • Damage caused directly by our negligence or improper use of equipment
  • Minor damages that occur during the normal course of professional service, subject to our insurance coverage limits

11.3 Limitation of Liability

Detail Master LLC is NOT liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage: Any scratches, chips, cracks, dents, paint defects, interior wear, mechanical issues, or other damage that existed before our service
  • Hidden damage: Damage that becomes visible only after cleaning (such as worn clear coat, faded paint beneath dirt, torn upholstery beneath stains)
  • Fragile or worn components: Cracked plastics, loose trim, worn leather, brittle rubber seals, or other deteriorated materials
  • Electrical or mechanical failures: Issues with vehicle electronics, locks, windows, or mechanical systems
  • Items left in vehicle: Loss or damage to personal items, valuables, or equipment left in the vehicle
  • Extreme conditions: Results on vehicles with severe neglect, extensive pre-existing damage, or unusual contamination
  • Natural outcomes: Fading, discoloration, or wear that becomes apparent after layers of dirt are removed

11.4 Pre-Service Inspection

Our team will conduct a brief inspection before beginning service and may document pre-existing damage. By accepting service, you acknowledge the vehicle’s condition as noted.

11.5 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

12. Window Tint Service – Special Terms

12.1 Warranty Period

Window tint installations are covered by a 30-day warranty against:

  • Peeling or bubbling due to improper installation
  • Film delamination or discoloration (not caused by customer actions)

12.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by rolling windows down before curing period (typically 3-5 days)
  • Scratches from objects, cleaners, or improper cleaning methods
  • Damage from accidents, vandalism, or third parties
  • Removal or replacement requested by customer

12.3 Legal Compliance – Customer Responsibility

Colorado state law regulates window tint darkness levels.

  • Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their selected tint level complies with Colorado vehicle code
  • Detail Master LLC provides guidance on legal limits but does not guarantee legal compliance
  • Front side windows: Must allow more than 27% light transmission in Colorado
  • Customers assume all responsibility for citations, fines, or legal consequences related to tint darkness

By selecting a tint level, you acknowledge that you understand local laws and accept full responsibility for compliance.

12.4 Curing Period

Window tint requires 3-7 days to fully cure. During this period:

  • Do not roll down windows
  • Do not clean windows
  • Slight haziness or water bubbles are normal and will dissipate

13. Intellectual Property and Marketing

13.1 Before/After Photography

Detail Master LLC may take before and after photographs of vehicles serviced for quality control and marketing purposes.

13.2 Use of Images

  • We will request explicit permission from vehicle owners before using photos for marketing, social media, or promotional materials
  • Photos will not be used publicly without your consent
  • You may decline photo usage without affecting service quality or pricing

13.3 Customer Reviews and Testimonials

We may request reviews or testimonials. Submission of reviews grants Detail Master LLC permission to use your feedback in marketing materials (first name and vehicle type only, unless otherwise agreed).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Detail Master LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Your violation of any law or regulation
  • Damage to property at service locations not caused by our negligence
  • Third-party claims related to your vehicle or service location
  • Misrepresentation of vehicle ownership or authorization

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith informal negotiations.

15.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Privacy and Data Collection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our separate Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

17. Modifications to Terms

Detail Master LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Material changes will be communicated via email to customers with upcoming appointments.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Detail Master LLC regarding our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

21. Acknowledgment

By booking or using Detail Master LLC services, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
  • You agree to be bound by these terms
  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the authority to arrange services for the vehicle in question
  • You accept responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws
